I've loaded the software for my older PalmOne Zire 31 hand-held device. The software is loaded and the program is on the computer, but it will not hotsync due to the problems listed below. Receive HotSync Problem ' the connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again'. When I go to setup then I receive this message: The selected port, com1, is not available at this time. HotSync Manager will open the port when it becomes available.
