Trucks and other equipment are cleaned and disinfected during and after every event. While equipment is in use we wipe down remotes in between participant use. Seats, Remotes and anything touched gets disinfected in order to be proactive avoiding any cross contamination between guest inside the theater. Hand sanitizer is provided and face mask are to be worn inside the trailer at all times until further notice by our Government officials.

You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served leading to "aggressive guest". Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Super Game Trailer equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. Our Job is to entertain in a safe and respectful manner and tolerating such behaviors can impact the safe and well being of our staff or your guest.

Super Game Trailer, Rolling Game Station or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. Super Game Trailer or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. Please be aware that in the case we are asked to park our trailers in drive ways. We will NOT be held responsible for the driveway melting away due to 90 degree weather and our tires digging in blacktop.

We will not be pulling in to drive way if we deem your driveway to not be wide enough or a large amount of trees around entrance that will scrape our trailer wrap or cause damage to our equipment. Those moths are from April - Oct closing and weatherizing exterior tv's in order to prevent damage.

In consideration to health risk of injury and state HIPAA Laws while participating in Super Game Trailer, Rolling Game Station LLC VR — Events, and as a consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, the customer hereby, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns or personal representatives or Invitees knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation or my Invitees in this Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge Super Game Trailer, LLC from any liability.

Super Game Trailer, Rolling Game Station does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering. While your party is in effect the Game Coach will be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer.

If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know in case they may object or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Our driver has the last say on whether it is safe or not to park at specified location by customer. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park.

We do ask that you have a constant water source available like a garden hose. Please be advised that we will not let the guest dive, wrestle or do anything that will cause injury.

For Events with no staff please be advised that if the foam machine is damaged, stolen or tampered with in any way your card will be charged the replacement fee.
